How does the mobile app work?

The MindLenses Professional mobile app is designed to be always online, sending performance data to the Restorative server. If the connection drops, data won’t be lost but saved locally on the device (tablet). In such cases, at the end of the session you will see an alert informing you that connections has been lost and that the results will be saved locally and sent to the server as soon as a new connection is established.

To fix the issue, simply log back into the mobile app on the same tablet and with the same doctor account used during the session.

Can I work offline? Without internet connection?

Yes, you can always work offline. (Note: some actions, like login, require an internet connection.) The therapy will not be interrupted in case of no connection.

It is recommended to stay connected to the internet to ensure data synchronization.

What internet connections can I use?

You can work with:

  • 🛜 Direct Wi-Fi connection

  • 📲 Wi-Fi connection via hotspot

  • 📶 4G SIM connection*
