Where and when will I receive my login credentials?

The credentials are automatically generated by Restorative and sent via email twice after purchasing the product.
If you don't see the email, check the SPAM folder of your email provider.

Your credentials consist of a username and a password. At first login, these are provided automatically by Restorative.

Remember to change your password the first time you access the platform.

What if I am the owner of a clinic?

In this case, you will still receive two activation emails at the email address you provided. However, you will receive two sets of credentials:

  • Clinic credentials: Used to access and manage the administrative side of your organization (create doctors, patients, and assign patients to doctors)

  • Doctor credentials: Used to access the operational side of your clinical practice

What should I do if I don’t receive the credentials?

Follow these steps:

  • Check the email address you provided to Restorative

  • Search your inbox using relevant keywords

  • Filter emails sent by: support@restorativeneurotechnologies.com

  • Search for: "Your MindLenses Professional credentials"

  • Check your SPAM folder

  • Open a support ticket
